After 20 years of experience in machine tools, in the position of sales director at World Machinery Works Bacau (www.wmw.ro) one of the last remaining romanian machine tool makers, Mr. Cezar Cosmescu has accepted a new challenge, that of joining the ALFA METAL MACHINERY GROUP team in the function of Commercial Director.

In ALFA METAL MACHINERY GROUP any new team member is carefully selected, following a very thorough analysis, so that to make sure that the new colleague can rise up to the high standards pf our company.

With a vast experience in the metal cutting business and machine tools, working for over 20 years in a company with a long tradition in the manufacturing of high tech machine tools, in different functions, Mr. Cezar COSMESCU has accumulated a vast experience in the field all this time. As a natural career step, a professional evolution can be obtained only within an elite company, at the top of the Romanian and East European customers’ preferences.

10 years of excellence in

Barbecue grill, huge amounts of beer, cheerful and lively atmosphere and nostalgic recollections of all the years spent in the company, which also functioned as his second home and, of course, a cake bearing 10 candles to mark the 10 years of success in an elite company. This is a short description of the party ALFA METAL MACHINERY GROUP threw in to celebrate Mr. Gabriel Burlacu, the chief of the service department.

In order to build a successful organization, ALFA METAL MACHINERY GROUP has set as its main goal, even from the moment of its set-up, to know and fulfill its customers’ needs, both in the field of machine tools sales and in the post-sale stages of mounting, warranty and post-warranty service. A machine functioning within its parameters is one satisfied customer and this can only be achieved with a strong and dynamic service team.

Leading one of the most valuable service teams on the Romanian territory, Mr. Gabriel Burlacu has proved his technical and organizational skill by the sheer number of customers that call on our company for service. Be it the commissioning of a new machine, the training of the operators or the repair of a malfunction in an already installed machine, the service team is always ready to act on the shortest notice, so that the beneficiary can start production in no time. A machine out of use is translated into losses and, starting from this reality, ALFA METAL MACHINERY GROUP , through its service team, has oriented its development strategy on the principle: minimum out of use time for a machine, so that there is no impediment for production.

Throughout his professional activity ALFA METAL MACHINERY GROUP, Mr. Burlacu carried out his jobs at the highest level possible, with responsibility and care for the company and its customers, permanently making efforts to improve professionally and personally, promoting courage to express one’s opinion, trust and mutual respect.

a new location

Thus, during the last two months, 3 machine tools were delivered, two conventional ones and one with NC controller, which were mounted and commissioned by our service engineers who also trained the operators of these machines.
