The spindle is a multi drilling unit with 3 drilling tools (1 vertical and 2 horizontal – left and right), and is capable to drill automatically different diameter for each side of the profile without any reposition of the profile or tool changing.

The automatic lock system have 2 components, a vertical lock device and one horizontal which are CNC controlled and act in the same time giving a very high rigidity for the profile to be drilling.

The base is a welded high duty steel structure which includes feeding rollers, lock system, measuring unit and drilling bridge

Optional, on request a band sawing unit could be placed on the same line, for cutting straight or angle (-45° +45°) the profiles to be processed.
