Saddle for vertical movement
Saddle with 6 turcite guide way and 1gib way in combination with 2 roller shoes reduces“stick slip”and reaches to the“damping effect”for the smooth vertical movement. Furthermore, it prevents saddle deviation during critical maximum Y cross travel.
Machine base
Strong 2-fold (each 250mm width) machine base with 9 ground guide ways in combination with center - embedded steel track for roller shoes guarantees “stick-slip free” and “smooth movement” of the longitudinal X axis movement with strong and heavy column.
Column base
Column base with 7 Turcite guide way and 1 gib way in combination with 4 roller shoes reduces“ stick slip” and reaches to the “damping effect” for the smooth movement of the column longitudinal travel.
Column
Strong 3 - fold column with 7 ground guide ways in combination with 1 steel guide way for INA roller shoes.
Ram
Strong flat ram with Turcite / B-plast and gib way for high milling performance and geometric accuracy during critical maximum Y cross travel.

UNIVERSAL MILLING HEAD (standard)
The main feature of the KNC series CNC bed type milling machine is the UNIVERSAL MILLING HEAD manual type, which is installed permanently on the machine. With this type of head these machines are capable of milling in many directions as vertical, horizontal, from one side or in a certain angle.
The head can be easily rotated in any desired position, manually, by the operator.
AUTOMATIC 2 POSITIONING HEAD (optional)
Automating 2 positioning (vertical and horizontal) and manual positioning through 360° between upper head and ram gear box.
AUTOMATIC 144 x 144 POSITIONING HEAD (optional)
