We are looking to recruit experienced technical managers for product support who are looking to join a market leading organization with the remit of Servicing, Repairing, Fault-finding and Installing the companies range of Milling, Turning, Sawing, Grinding, Cutting, Punching Machines, Pressbrake, Plate working Machinery, CNC and conventional across the Romania and Eastern Europe as and when required.

The successful candidate will have an in depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical in the field of machine tools industry and will be enthused by working in a high tech company.

Requirements:

• Candidates MUST have hands on experience and/or qualified training in the Machine tools industry
• Minimum engineering diploma
• Language skills : minimum basic English, other languages is a plus
• Excellent Communications skills at all levels of the organization
• Driving license
• Ability to handle pressure well
• Analytical capabilities and decision quality
• Customer focus
• Ability to build strong peer relationships
• Experience working with computer

Duties And Responsibilities:

• To become product specialist in one of our product ranges
• Full technical support for our sales team in your specialty
• Full support for the IT/marketing team to provide correct information about product range
• Fully technical support for our web/marketing team, to provide correct info for websites
• Looking for specialist in
• Laser cutting /plasma cutting/EDM cutting
• Presses and press machines applications
• Skiving roller burnishing/honing/deep boring
• Be the voice to our customers when asking specialized questions
• Market target = full Europe, Middle and far East
• Develop and maintain a high valued, trusting relationship with customers, team members and leadership.
• Maintains and increase professional and technical knowledge
• Makes presentations at the engineering and management level to customers on system upgrades, support plans, technical demonstrations.
• Assists field service engineers and customers with on-site training when necessary.
• May perform other duties as assigned
• Creates technical publications and reviews documents covering technical improvements
• Organizes and implements training seminars for customers and field sales engineers on product upgrades
