Ship Frame Bending Press
The frame bending machine has two robot arms. The two arms fix the plates with hydraulic cylinder, and them move from side to siede to complete loading and unloading of the plates to be machined. With the two arms, the machine can complete a series of bending movements like vertical bending and horizontal bending simultaneously. Also, it has an effective control of the transformation of plates.

1. The two robotic arms fix the plates with hydraulic cylinder, and then move from side to side to complete loading and unloading of the plates to be machined.
2. The hydraulic cylinder of robotic arm can complete a series of bending movements like vertical bending and horizontal bending simultaneously. Also, it has an effective control of transformation of plates.
3. The Clamp center is designed as an integrated bending mold. The distance between the front bending mold and back bend mold can be adjusted by changing the position of the block located.
4. The bending unit is controlled by a very high power double piston hydraulic cylinder. While bending, the bending cylinder will push the central body of the machine forward to bend plates at three points of support. Dual-piston cylinder is installed to guarantee stability.
Hydraulic system consists of oil pump, engine, oil tank, valves, pipes, cylinder. Hydraulic valves are famous brands products.
The main components of the electric cabinet are world famous brands products. OMRON lead limit switched and all electric interlocking are installed on every movable parts.
The machine body is a strong ribbed structure, designed to resist at the high forces that occurred during bending process.
