JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Source potential customers and Identify their needs
• Negotiate and manage contracts Develop and pursue sales leads through direct contacts with potential clients and through trade shows or industry publications
• Liaise with the engineering design team to come up with the best solution for the client
• Optimize key client relationships and personally participate in major negotiations

REQUIRED:

• Knowledge of English language (other language is a plus)
• Willingness to travel intensively 50-70% of the time inside Romania, and fulfilling several trips to West Europe, Japan, Taiwan, …
• Working fully independent and not expecting a 9 to 5 job
• Having passion for mechanics
• Motivating people with proven sales experience OR with proven metal working experience have a plus.
